By creating an account or using PetLogrrr, you agree to these Terms. Please read them, especially the health disclaimer and limitation of liability.
The service
PetLogrrr helps you organize and share pet care routines, reminders, and notes. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Sharing
You can share a “Care Card” — a summary of your pet's routine, feeding, meds, and vet contacts — as a message to anyone you choose. You are responsible for the content you share and who you send it to.
Subscriptions & billing
PetLogrrr is free to start. Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID at the price shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings, or from Settings inside the app. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Health & veterinary disclaimer
PetLogrrr is an organizational tool, not medical or veterinary advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or recommend treatment. Always rely on your veterinarian and the actual medication labels for dosing and timing. Never change a medication based on anything in the app. In an emergency, contact your vet or an emergency animal hospital.
AI features
Logrrr generates suggestions from the text you provide and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every task, especially medications, before relying on it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (pet info, notes, photos). You grant us a limited license to store and display it to you, solely to operate the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, upload unlawful content, or use PetLogrrr to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetLogrrr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from reliance on the app for medical or time-sensitive care.
Termination
You may stop using PetLogrrr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.
Changes, governing law & contact
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@petlogrrr.com.
