Privacy Policy
This policy explains what PetLogrrr collects, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. PetLogrrr is a tool for organizing pet care. It is not a medical or veterinary service.
Information we collect
Account details you provide (name, email). Pet profiles and care routines you create (names, species, tasks, notes). Any pet photo you add stays on your device — it is not uploaded to our servers. Basic usage and device data needed to run the app and keep it secure.
How we use your information
To provide and maintain the service, sync your routines to your account so they're backed up across your devices, send the reminders you turn on, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
AI features
When you use Logrrr to turn a note into tasks, the text you enter may be sent to our AI provider solely to structure it into a routine. We do not use your notes to train third-party models. Do not enter information you do not want processed this way.
Sharing your information
When you invite someone into your household, the people you invite can see that household's pets, routines, and care details for as long as their access lasts; you can change their role or remove their access at any time. When you send a Care Card, a summary of your pet's routine is shared with whoever you send it to. We share data with service providers (hosting, infrastructure, the AI provider above) only as needed to operate PetLogrrr, under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we may disclose data if required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account & data; this permanently removes your pets, routines, and history. Some records may be retained briefly where required for legal or security reasons.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context advertising. To exercise any right, contact us below.
Security
We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
PetLogrrr is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
